When was the last time you paused to notice everything around you?

Pause for a minute. Stop everything you've been doing. Find somewhere comfortable to sit down and focus on your body. Rotate your neck in small circles and feel your muscles relieving tension. Focus on your heart beat without moving. Take a deep breath and feel as the blood runs through your body. The vibrations, the sudden sense of peace and serenity, that's all you. You let go for a second. You've stopped the roller coaster ride in your head and for a moment you were in charge.
