Life can be one big hassle, but how can I make it easier to manage?

Imagine yourself on an airplane, above the clouds, staring out the small window pane. See the world through the small pane, they way you would like to see it. Now go beyond the clouds, beyond your worst experiences, beyond your biggest successful moment, reach farther. Now imagine yourself getting stronger for every minute you go higher. See the blood pumping through your body, as you grow stronger mentally and emotionally. Smile for 10 seconds, force it if you have to. Picture yourself sitting down in a room with everyone you adore, surrounding you. Imagine the laughter in the room, listen. Breathe in. Breathe out
